Hi, I'm Harpreet Singh Gandhi.
I'm an engineering student, an inventor, a researcher, a writer, an author, and I like to call myself Creator, and Prune is one of my many creations.
Why I built Prune?
I found myself constantly discovering new AI tools but finding them was harder than using them.
There were announcements everywhere, endless lists of tools, and new products appearing almost every day.
I wanted something simpler, so I decided to build something for myself.
I needed a system that answered three basic questions:
What's new?
What does it actually do?
Would I find it useful?

Under the hood of Prune
Prune is a pipeline that gathers information from different sources, identifies potentially new AI products, filters out irrelevant or duplicate results, and extracts the information needed to explain each discovery simply.
The result is what you see here: a small, curated feed instead of an overwhelming list.
This is an ongoing project.
I'm constantly tweaking the algorithm, improving the categorization, and trying to make the platform faster. It's not perfect, but I'm building it in public and iterating based on what actually helps people discover great tools.
